Recently a dear friend of mine told me, that my body looks young. And yes, I do feel young.
I feel young because I have a lot of energy.
I feel young because I’m strong and flexible to play with my kids. I’m confident in my body to try different things.
Here we tried some handstands. And we had fun doing this together.
Pilates makes my body strong, healthy and young!
And I wanna keep a strong, healthy and young body. Then I feel free. And I can do what I choose to do. Without limitations from my body ( There is no “I would love to do that, but I can’t because…”).
That’s why I do Pilates regularly.
