I prepared a workout for your back this week.
A popular quote from Joseph Pilates, the Founder, says that you are as young as your spine is flexible: “If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.”
In today’s workout we’ll focus on the tiny muscles in between each vertebra of our spine. Those multifidus muscles play an important role in stabilizing the spine.
And a dysfunction of those muscles in the lower back region is associated with low back pain.
