People keep asking me, how many times they should do the workout. Read here my recommendations along with Joseph Pilates, the founder of Pilates:

That’s exactly what we are doing here! Once a week is great. You’re on the right path. If you are able to perform the exercises two or three times a week you will benefit more and see and feel changes faster!
And those changes you can expect by doing Pilates 4 times a week:
